Tuesday Evenings – Double Duty Caregivers – Winter Series

A one-hour, virtual support group led by Caregivers Alberta staff. Group is for individuals who have Caregiving duties at home and work.

To attend this group please attend one “Join Community Support Groups Caregivers Alberta” first. If you have not done that please register here: REGISTER

The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower the wellbeing of caregivers’ involved in unpaid and paid caregiving by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups-and-downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers.

This group is led by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide discussion and learning through educational topics and general support.

This program occurs on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.
