Caregiving is a deeply meaningful role that is shaped by culture, family traditions, values, and lived experience. In this engaging webinar, “Title”, caregivers and community voices come together for this panel discussion exploring how caregiving is experienced across different cultural backgrounds.
Panelists will share personal stories and insights into how culture can influence expectations, family roles, communication, and approaches to care. While cultural perspectives on caregiving may differ—ranging from who provides care, how decisions are made, and when outside help is sought—this conversation will also highlight the common experiences that connect caregivers across all cultures. Themes such as love, responsibility, stress, resilience, and the need for understanding and support are universal.
The discussion will also emphasize that caregiving supports and resources exist for everyone, regardless of cultural background. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own caregiving journey, gain greater cultural awareness, and learn how to access supports that respect and align with their values.
This webinar is open to caregivers of all backgrounds and anyone interested in building more inclusive, culturally responsive caregiving communities.
