Take a Break: Laughter Yoga with Donna Strongman

This event has passed.

Donna Marie Strongman has been a Laughter Yoga teacher since 2008, following a 30-year career as a case manager and workshop facilitator for adults with disabilities. After retiring and traveling, she founded Llama Laughter Playshops, integrating Laughter Yoga, which she considers her favorite workshop. Donna has shared Laughter Yoga with diverse groups, including seniors, adults, and children.

Connecting with Caregivers Alberta led her to become a caregiver and appreciate the importance of online support.

Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with breathing and movement, promoting inner joy and vitality for anyone. Benefits include increased oxygen flow, energy, stress reduction, a stronger immune system, and improved breathing.

Please review our Group Guidelines before registering.
