Caregivers Book Club

Are you a caregiver to a family member or friend? Do you enjoy reading and are looking for a social activity that can help you connect with others? Join our community where caregivers come together to discover and discuss various aspects of caregiving. This is a wonderful opportunity to create meaningful connections, share experiences, and provide each other with support. Plus, it’s a great way to practice self-care and unwind with a good book. Come and be part of a group that understands and values the important role you play.

This program occurs once a month Thursday evening from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.

Note: Registration is ongoing, and new participants can join at any time.
