Caregiver Support Community – Monday Mornings

This event has passed.

The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers’ wellbeing by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups-and-downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers.

This group is led by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide discussion and learning through educational topics and general support.

This program occurs on Monday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.

Note: Registration is ongoing, and new participants can join at any time.
