Caregiver Journaling Circle – Fall Series

Writing is a wonderful way for caregivers to reduce stress and increase coping skills. Through writing your own narrative, you can record and review your personal experiences. In general, this allows you to look for common thought patterns, evaluate their effectiveness, problem-solve and see things from a new perspective. Journaling helps us gain a greater understanding of our experiences and reclaim our “self.”

At each workshop, we will gather, share a journaling prompt, take some personal journaling time, then re-group to share with one another.

This program occurs bi-weekly on Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
