Caring for others while managing your own responsibilities can be both rewarding and overwhelming—especially for double duty caregivers who juggle professional and personal caregiving roles. This course is designed to support you in finding balance and resilience. You’ll explore the importance of intentionally creating downtime, learn to assess your own well-being with the same care you offer others, and discover practical tools to calm your nervous system and enhance your quality of life. By the end, you’ll develop a personalized care plan that promotes recovery, sustainability, and long-term wellness—both at work and at home.
The program will run bi-weekly on Tuesdays starting September 9th.
