We understand that as a caregiver it can be difficult to attend in-person supports. Our Caring for the Caregiver: Online Workshop Series brings the support to you- wherever you are.

Caregivers Alberta hosts online workshops through the free platform Zoom. You will have the option to join us online or by phone. First time using Zoom? Click here for further instructions.

July Workshops:

Virtual Paint Party: Moonlight Cat Tale | July 7 | 1:00PM – 3:00PM

We’ll take brushes to canvas and practice self-care through art! Artist Ted Widen will be facilitating this workshop and will guide you through creating your own masterpiece step-by-step. All are welcome to participate- no experience needed!

Life Without Limits | July 14 | 1:00PM – 2:00PM

In this session join Cerebral Palsy Alberta and learn what Cerebral Palsy is and what it is like to live with a disability like Cerebral Palsy and other disabilities.

The presentation will also bring a unique and motivational aspect of someone who lives with Cerebral Palsy (CP). During the time of the presentation, Cerebral Palsy Alberta will provide you with information on how to help enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities and gain a better understanding of how to create a truly equitable and inclusive community.
