How NOT to Pull Your Hair Out: Emotions Coaching for Parents & Teachers

This session will help you learn how to respond to emotional dysregulation in your loved one in a way that strengthens your relationship, helps them process the emotion in a healthy way, and opens up further dialogue. For those who have ever been curious about how to respond to big emotions, destructive urges and other challenging statements. We will also explore creative journaling as a way for both you and the others in your life to explore your inner dialogue.
