Take back control of your mind, body, and soul from wherever you’ve left it. To be a healthy caregiver, learning to care for one’s self is paramount. Get familiar with where stress resides in the body, discover how self-talk can affect thoughts and beliefs about who you are, and be an empowering, positive force for your own well-being. Join us for a healthy discussion followed by an easy guided yoga session (for all ages and abilities).

• 8 helpings of skills to cope with the stress of the caregiving journey
• 8 measures of tips to learn how to thrive as a caregiver
Sweeten your Caregiver Lemonade to your liking by enrolling in one, two, or all eight sessions—at no cost to you!
