4 Tools for Navigating Wellness (Online Workshop)

We’re excited to welcome guest facilitator Vireo Karvonen for a 4 week workshop!

Each week Vireo will reveal one of the tools you can use to help navigate your life during these uncertain times, especially as a caregiver. Come ready to take notes, move, play, laugh and more as she will bring all of her expertise to share with you. Topics will include:

  • Laughter Yoga
  • Belief Re-patterning®
  • Mindfulness
  • Breathing
  • Easy movement practices

There will be opportunities to interact with other caregivers as well and to feel a sense of connection and community support. Each week we hope that you will leave with something that you can easily integrate into your daily life that will support you in better caring for yourself so that you can continue to care for others. Be ready to be nourished, uplifted and filled up.

This workshop is being held online through Zoom over the span of 4 consecutive weeks. Before registering please ensure that you can virtually attend all 4 sessions listed below.

Her areas of expertise are taboo topics like sexuality, death, grief, mental health and suicide. Many of her clients call her the ‘shame buster.’ They also greatly appreciate her ability to hold safe and sacred space.

She is the author of “Transforming That Shame” which will be released this May in the compilation “From Shadows to Light: A Whole Human Approach to Mental Health.”
